Active Battery Balancer

Product Overview
This inductive energy transfer balancing board features a high-current 1.2A energy transfer battery voltage balancer. It effectively balances battery cell voltages, significantly improving the overall efficiency and performance of the battery pack.

Balance Status Indicators

1. Light On: Balancing is active.
2. Light Off: Balancing circuit is in sleep mode.
3. Light Flashing: Indicates a lost cell connection or a circuit fault

Balancing:
This module balances adjacent cells when the voltage difference exceeds 0.1V. It continues to balance until the voltage difference between adjacent cells is within 0.03V. During charging or discharging, the module activates to correct voltage imbalances, restoring the battery pack to optimal performance and reducing maintenance costs.

Technical Specifications

• Operating Voltage: 2.0V–4.5V (suitable for ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate batteries; not compatible with lithium cobalt oxide batteries).
• Balancing Current:
  • Voltage difference >0.1V: Approx. 0.5–0.7A
  • Voltage difference >0.2V: Up to 1.2A (maximum balancing current)
  • The balancing current decreases as the voltage difference reduces.
