Domestic Shipping (USA):
We ship within the United States using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while 1-2 day express shipping is available for faster delivery. For overnight shipping, please contact us directly. While carriers cannot guarantee overnight delivery for lithium batteries due to their classification as hazardous materials, we’ve had a very good success at quick delivery.
International Shipping:
Our primary international shipping method is UPS Worldwide, with UPS Standard Ground available for Canada. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, reach out to us for a custom shipping quote. Please note that shipping fees cover postage and insurance but do not include import costs like duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, which may vary by destination.
Tracking Information:
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update online.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically shipped within 24 business hours. If you need your order delivered by a specific date, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. For shipments that appear lost in transit, notify us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Special Instructions for Batteries:
Some batteries, categorized as fully regulated dangerous goods, will arrive with a charge of about 30%. We recommend charging them to 60-70% soon after receipt to ensure optimal performance.
