At Nexus Battery Systems, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with our products. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

Products may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for returned items.

Custom battery packs are non-refundable and not eligible for return due to the tailored nature of these products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nexusbatterysystems.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
