A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Does my project need to include a battery pack?

You can inquire about a standalone machined component or a component within a larger battery project. Send your requirements so our team can review the scope.

What should I send for a quote?

Include a dimensioned drawing or CAD file, material, thickness where applicable, finish, quantity, critical tolerances, and target delivery date. Use the form’s drawing link field or email your files to machining@nexusbatterysystems.com.

Can you help with CAD or manufacturing design?

Yes. CAD assistance and design for manufacturing consultations are available. Tell us what you already have—a concept, a sketch, or an existing model—and where you need support.

Can I request a prototype or repeat production?

Let us know your initial quantity and expected repeat order needs. We’ll review feasibility, minimum quantities, and the production approach for your specific part.

What is the turnaround time?

Timing depends on the design, material availability, quantity, and current shop schedule. Include your target date in the request so we can discuss a realistic delivery plan.
