Nexus Battery Systems provides a one-time, non-transferable lifetime warranty on any battery with a verified factory defect. This warranty does not cover issues caused by improper storage or user errors. Warranty replacements are limited to products purchased directly from Nexus Battery Systems and do not extend to any other associated damages or losses.

Lithium batteries can be dangerous if handled improperly. It is critical that users understand the risks and proper usage before purchase or operation. Nexus Battery Systems makes no express or implied warranty of suitability, fitness for purpose, or device compatibility.
Important Safety Precautions:
Always store and transport batteries in a protective case or box.
Never charge batteries unattended. Always charge on a fire-resistant surface using a smart charger compatible with the specific battery chemistry.
Do not overcharge or exceed the maximum voltage rating.
Do not over-discharge or exceed the battery’s continuous discharge rating.
Keep batteries away from pets, children, and flammable materials.
Never use a battery if the outer wrapper or terminal insulation is damaged or torn.
Do not expose batteries to water, liquids, or high temperatures.
Do not puncture, crush, disassemble, incinerate, or otherwise modify the battery in any way.
Avoid contact with conductive or metallic objects to prevent accidental short circuits.
Do not short circuit—intentionally or accidentally.
Use only with devices that include proper protection circuitry.
Never use batteries with unprotected or modified devices.
Do not mix different brands, capacities, models, or states of charge. Always use matched sets.
Stop use immediately if the battery emits an unusual smell, becomes hot, changes shape or color, or behaves abnormally.
If contact with battery electrolyte occurs, flush the area with water and seek medical attention immediately.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your charger and device are functioning correctly and safely.
Dispose of batteries according to local regulations—do not throw them in the trash.
